Duration: 1 month (4 weeks)
Training Days: 3-4 days a week.
Rest days: No we train two days, to endeavor to promote the muscles recovery.
Rest periods between sets : One minute, unless stated otherwise.
Difficulty level: Beginner

Before starting this exercise routine to lose weight, we will explain what should be the warming that you should perform first. we are sharing some great methods to warming up your body before the workout routine.

Warming
Low intensity cardiovascular activity: jogging, elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, can make short series of cross-fit crunches, squats and pushups before making combinations of 5 abs, 4 squats and 3 pushups ( with knees if necessary ) a low rate for warmth. Minimum 5 laps, but need not go fast because we want to put the body in tune.

Stretches
It is convenient to stretch located on knees,ankles, elbows, shoulders, wrist and neck to avoid injury and improve your performance during the development of your workout routine.

Approach Series
The reason of approach is to improve our performance when training and enable our central nervous system. The following proposed combination must be performed at full speed, because we want to accelerate the heart rate by increasing the number of keystrokes: 5 laps with 15 to 20 seconds of rest in each 7 abs cross-fit 3 pushups (with knees if necessary), 5 squats. Friday – Tabata

Squats – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
push-ups with knees supported – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Abs doing cross-fit – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Burpees – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Squats – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
push-ups with knees supported – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Abs doing cross-fit – 40 seconds
Rest for 20 seconds
Burpees – 40 seconds

Monday:
Squats 5 x 10
Lunges 2 × 12
Kick buttock 2 × 12
Crunches 3 x 10

Wednesday:
Push-ups with knees supported 40 seconds
Eccentric Ups 3 x 5
Abs cross-fit 3 x 10
vertical Scissors 3 x 10
Abs bike 3 x 10
Oblique Crunches 3 x 10

Friday:
5 laps of the following combination of exercises, try to make it in the shortest possible time, resting between exercises as little time as possible so that you can face a new repetition. You will take some time and try to improve every week.

Squats 10
Abs cross fit 10
5 Push ups with knees supported
10 Lunges ( 5 per leg)
